Service information
These notices apply to the AdLinker coaching website. Scope, contracting entity, pricing and duration are determined by the written service agreement confirmed by both parties.
01Services and fees
This site describes TikTok and WhatsApp setup assistance, content and advertising support, and practical AI training. Quarterly pricing is indicative; advertising, third-party software and other costs are itemized separately. This site does not accept payments or conclude contracts automatically.
02Responsibilities
Clients provide accurate, lawful materials they may use, approve budgets and public commitments, and handle inquiries and fulfillment. The provider works within agreed scope and permissions. Quantities, revisions, response times, pauses, refunds and handover are agreed before signing.
03Results and platform boundaries
Account approval, ad review, attribution and sales depend on different parties. Lead goals are evaluated against budget, not guaranteed sales. A click, sent event or contact count does not automatically qualify as an opportunity. Deduplicate and accept leads under agreed criteria.
04Accounts, assets and handover
Clients retain accounts, payment and recovery methods. The provider receives only necessary permissions. Unauthorized assets, forged credentials and review circumvention are prohibited. Hand over assets and remove access as agreed; third-party terms still apply.
