Privacy information
These notices apply to the AdLinker coaching website. Scope, contracting entity, pricing and duration are determined by the written service agreement confirmed by both parties.
01Browsing this site
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and do not persist inquiry forms in your browser. Hosting may process your IP, request time and browser information. Your IP is also used to limit frequent submissions and is not stored in inquiry records.
02Submitting an inquiry
Submitting sends your product, target market, export experience, ad budget, follow-up arrangements, email and page language to our server and stores them in Cloudflare D1, with an inquiry ID, status and creation time. Typing does not upload data automatically. Submitting is not a payment or a contract. After submission, we send inquiry details through a Telegram Bot to a designated internal chat for follow-up by authorized staff. Telegram processes these messages. We do not send you an automatic confirmation email.
03Use and retention
Inquiry details are used only to respond, assess services and follow up as necessary, with access limited to authorized staff. They are kept while handling the inquiry and necessary follow-up and should be deleted when no longer needed, except where legally required. Contact the email below to request access, correction or deletion. Do not submit passwords, customer lists or unpublished company information.
04Third parties and contact
Cloudflare provides hosting and database processing. The software site, application, Telegram and email clients have their own privacy rules. If formal services require business data, authorization, purpose, retention and access will be agreed separately.
